The procedure to request a first access to the Laboratory is the following:
- Fill out the safety module form (first button). Please use the @unibs email account and select the correct Laboratory to which you want to access. The Laboratory of Vision Systems for Mechatronics is the last one on the drop down menu;
- After filling out the form, a couple of documents will be sent to you by email. Print them and fill them with the requested information. You and the Professor in charge of the Laboratory must sign the documents;
- Fill out the subscription form (second button). This is only required for the first access at the Laboratory of Vision Systems for Mechatronics. If you have a photo of yourself, please attach it to the form at the end.
At the end of this procedure, you’re correctly registered and can access the Laboratory freely!
If you need to use Laboratory equipment and/or request Gabriele Coffetti assistance, you need each time to fill out the following form to place a reservation.
This is required because our equipment is limited; in this way you can be sure that on the day of your reservation the equipment you requested can only be used by you.
If you haven’t placed a reservation in advance and other people are using the equipment you need, you can’t use it.
